Mekong ICT Camp is a bi-annual workshop on information and communication technologies capacity development for citizen media, community health, and civil society organizations in Mekong sub-region, Southeast Asia.

The second Mekong ICT Camp, to be held this year in Chiang Mai, May 13-17, is organized by Thai Fund Foundation and Opendream.

ช่วงที่ผ่านมา ผมคิดถึงเรื่อง การอ่านออกเขียนได้ในทางต่าง ๆ, read/write culture, digital literacies, citizen journalism, social media, unconference, *camp ผมคิดว่าธีมทั้งหมดมันก็คือ ทุกคนอยากจะเขียนด้วยแล้วนะ จะเขียนบล็อก เขียนเพลง เขียนข่าว เขียนกฎหมาย เขียนกำหนดการสัมมนา เขียนฯลฯ ซึ่งถ้าจะเรียกสนุก ๆ ก็ลองเรียกดูว่า party-cipation คือ มันก็เรื่องการมีส่วนร่วมนั่นแหละ แล้วเป็นเรื่องใกล้ ๆ ตัว สนุก ๆ ใคร ๆ ก็ทำได้ ทำได้ทุกวัน เป็นเรื่องในชีวิตประจำวัน แล้วก็เป็นเรื่องที่ทำด้วยกัน
